You Will Be Hypnotized: Siron – Discover Turkish Food

Although siron, one of the favorite flavors of the Eastern Black Sea cuisine, may seem like a difficult pastry at first glance, we can say that you will have a lot of fun while making it. If you want to make siron but have difficulty in making phyllo dough, you can also use ready-made phyllo dough.
If you want to make the dough yourself; Take 4 glasses of flour in a dough kneading bowl, add salt and knead by adding 1.5 glasses of water. Make egg-sized balls from the dough and roll them out with a rolling pin. Cook both sides of the phyllo and set aside.
