  2. If I come to Turkey with tourist visa and somehow able to get a job there, Can my tourist visa will be converted easily with my employer`s consent. Further do I need to come back to my parent country during this transfer to Visa?
    Thanks in advance.

    1. Hello,
      Thank you for your comment.

Work permit can not be obtained basing on tourist visa. Employer can apply for work permit in Turkey if foreign employee has residence permit with total validity of at least 6 months. So if you would be able to find job before your visa expires, it is much shorter process to go back to your country and make work permit application from abroad with no need to obtain residence permit. But if you fulfill requirements to obtain residence permit and enough budget to stay in Turkey until you receive residence permit and convert it to work permit, it is also possible. Our company provides services including obtaining residence permit and work permit, if you want, we can assist you throughout the application process.
