WhatsApp has announced that it has released two new updates regarding avatars in both iOS and Android versions.
- The first update includes the ability to configure your avatar by taking a photo and automates the avatar creation process.
- The second update includes a newly expanded collection of avatars that are automatically available to all users who configure their avatars directly from the app settings, but that’s not all.
Avatars Gain Animation
It has been revealed that WhatsApp will offer an animated version of the avatar pack in a future update of the app, as seen in the latest WhatsApp beta 2.23.15.6 update available on the Google Play Store.
