WhatsApp, one of the most popular messaging applications in the world, is preparing to meet users with a new feature. According to this; expiration date can be set for group conversations. The new feature of WhatsApp, which is expected to be available to all users in the near future, is being tested in the iOS beta version.
Instant communication platform WhatsApp will share a newly developed feature with its users.
When the time set by the expiration date of WhatsApp’s talkgroups is reached, it sends a prompt to users to clear the group.
When this feature becomes available, users will be able to choose from a variety of expiration options such as day, week, or a special date.
In addition, users will be able to change or remove the predetermined expiration date if they change their decision.
The report said the ability to choose an expiration date for groups is currently in development and is expected to be released in a future update of the app.
