The Conditions of Cancelling of Short Term Residence Permit
The short term residence permit is provided to the people who come Turkey for these kinds of purposes like conducting scientific research, having real estate in Turkey, establishing commercial relations or business, participating in in-service training program, having educational purposes, staying for tourism purposes and depending on the judicial or administrative authorities of the request or decision. Short-term residence permit is canceled if these conditions occur:
*Failure or disappearance of one or more of the conditions required for a short-term residence permit,
*Determining that the residence permit is used for purposes other than giving,
*There is a valid ban on deportation or entry into the country,
*Violation of the duration of stay abroad
The Conditions of Cancelling of Family Residence Permit
Turkish citizens or foreigners who have a residence permit; A family residence permit is granted to the foreign spouse, his or her spouse’s non-adult foreign child and the dependent foreign child of himself or his spouse. Family residence permit is canceled if these conditions occur:
*Failure or disappearance of the conditions required for family residence permit,
*Determining that the family residence permit is used outside of its intended purpose,

The Conditions of Cancelling of Student Residence Permit
The student residence permit is provided to people who come to Turkey for educational purposes. Student residence permit is canceled if these conditions occur:
*Failure to meet or disappearance of the conditions required for issuing student residence permits,
*Evidence that he / she cannot continue his education,
*Determining that student residence permit is used outside of the purpose of issue,
*There is a valid ban on deportation or entry into the country,
The Conditions of Cancelling of Long Term Residence Permit
The long-term residence permit is provided to people who stay in Turkey for more than 8 years and for people who meet all of the requirements of long term residence permit. Long term residence permit is canceled if these conditions occur:
*If the foreigner poses a serious threat to public order or public security,
*Except for health, education and essential public services reasons, if the foreigner stays outside the country without interruption for more than a year outside of Turkey, the long-term residence permit will be canceled in case.
