According to the announcement made by the General Directorate of Migration Management as of June 2022, the application envisaged for the address registration and change processes of foreigners in Turkey to be carried out via E-Government has been implemented. Accordingly, foreigners can now log in to the system with their Foreigner Identity Numbers starting with 99 given to them via the E-Government portal for vacant houses and can make address notifications for vacant houses.
Within the scope of the service, “Empty” residences that do not require consent can be accessed through this service, and address change and registration can be carried out together. In addition, “Main Applicant” at once “I will give address notification for myself and my affiliated applications.” With the option, affiliated applications (Family Members) will be able to register their addresses without requiring consent.
