Skyland İstanbul

Skyland İstanbul are twin skyscrapers in the city of Istanbul, Turkey. It is located in Ayazağa district of Sarıyer. It is 285 meters high and 65 floors. The building is Istanbul and Turkey’s highest, and Europe’s eighth tallest building. Skyland Istanbul is home to a five-star international hotel with 830 residences, 504 office spaces and 300 rooms and a 550-seat conference hall.

Istanbul Sapphire

With an antenna height of 261 meters, Istanbul Sapphire is the 17th tallest building in Europe (excluding Russian territory) after Shard London Bridge. It is located in Emniyet Evleri Mahallesi in Kâğıthane district of Istanbul.

It is a  residence rising on Büyükdere Street between Levent and Maslak axis, and one of the most important financial centers of Istanbul. Istanbul Sapphire, shopping and entertainment center Project.

The building, which has a total construction area of 165,169 square meters, has a total of 66 floors, 10 of which are underground. Its height reaches 261 meters with a 30 meter antenna. İstanbul Tower

Istanbul Tower 205 project, rising on Büyükdere Avenue, has a construction area of 224 thousand square meters. The tower designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM). Istanbul Tower has 52 floors and 220 meters high.

Spine Tower

Spine Tower is a 202 m high building located in Maslak, Istanbul which is the financial district of İstanbul. It is among the tallest buildings in Europe. The building, which has a total indoor area of 140,000 square meters, has 56 floors, 9 floors below ground and 47 floors above.

 Anthill Residence

The towers made by Ant Yapı, located in Şişli, Istanbul, are 195 meters high. It is located at the exit of Bomonti Tunnels on İncirlidede Street between Kasımpaşa and Okmeydanı. It is a 54-storey double tower with a total land area of 25.000 m², a construction area of 150.000 m² and 2 blocks with 5 floors under the ground. It has views of the Golden Horn, the Bosphorus, the Marmara and the Islands. There are 804 residences.

Şişli Plaza

Şişli Plaza, designed and built by Yapı Merkezi on a land of 15,484 m2 in Şişli, Istanbul, consists of three main blocks. A and C Blocks are planned as offices, B Block is planned as residences. The construction area of the complex reaches a total of 104,444 m2, of which 48,935 m2 underground and 48,935 m2 above ground. Offices, shopping center and car parks are located on the lower floors of the complex.

Varyap Meridian Grand Tower

Turkey’s first green residential project Varyap with mixed Meridien Grand Tower is 192 meters in length. Varyap Meridian Project is a mixed-use development located near Istanbul’s new financial and business district. It is set in the Atasehir District of Istanbul at the crossroads of major highways, subway lines and near the airport.

The project consists of a 59-storey tower, 1,500 residential units, a five-star hotel, offices, and conference facilities with landscaped public areas and parking facilities. The residential complexes contain a variety of options ranging from luxury 5-bedroom penthouse apartments to small studio apartments.

Renaissance Tower

The building, which is a Renaissance Real Estate Investment project, has 40 floors. The building is 186 meters in total. Renaissance Tower is a Class A (A +) office project developed by Renaissance Real Estate  on a total area of 13.810 square meters located in Kozyatağı-Ataşehir on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Isbank Towers

Isbank Tower located in the Besiktas district of Levent district of Istanbul province, Turkey’s tallest building until 2011 maintained the title of structure. Its construction, which started in the summer of 1995, was officially completed on August 26, 2000. Isbank Tower is comprised of three skyscrapers. Tower 1 is reserved for Isbank’s use, and Tower 2 and Tower 3 are reserved for tenant companies. İş Towers consist of a metal-glass mixture blue-gray structure, which contrasts with the ground floors dominated by brown-beige colors with granite surfaces resembling ancient temples. The combination of these ancient and modern elements has been described as an example of postmodern architecture.

Mistral Office Tower

Mistral Office Tower, Tower Mistral commonly known, is a skyscraper located in Turkey’s Izmir province. The 48-storey and 216 m long building is located in the northeast of Konak district of Izmir. It is the tallest building in Izmir. It is the highest skyscraper in Turkey outside of the skyscrapers in Istanbul. Together with the Mistral Office Tower, the Mistral Residence Tower is a part of the “Mistral Izmir” complex.

The construction, which was planned for the first time in 2010, started in 2014 during the “skyscraper boom” in Izmir and was completed in 2017.
