Sending Messages Without Saving Numbers to WhatsApp is Coming!
Send a Message Without Saving a Number!
With WhatsApp’s new update, you won’t have to save their number to send a message to anyone. Here are the details!
In order to send a WhatsApp message to someone who is not in your contact list, it was necessary to use third-party applications or access options to start an external chat. This is changing in WhatsApp.
In order to send a WhatsApp message to someone, you need to save the person’s phone number in your contacts and only then it appears in the list of contacts you can send messages to on WhatsApp. This is quite a hassle, especially when you need to send an urgent message to someone.
However, the messaging platform owned by Meta now makes it easy to send messages to those who are not registered in your contact list.
Now It’s Easier Than Ever To Send A Message To Someone On WhatsApp
As shared by WABetaInfo, users using the latest version of WhatsApp on iOS and Android will be able to send a message to a phone number not saved in their contacts.
WhatsApp will be able to tell if the phone number is on WhatsApp. If the number you entered is registered to WhatsApp, a chat can be started directly.
As of now, this feature seems to be limited to iOS and Android WhatsApp apps. It is not yet available on WhatsApp Web and it is not known when it will arrive in stable versions.
