Materials of Semolina Halva with Milk
- 1 cup of semolina,
- 1 glass of sugar,
- 1 cup of hazelnuts,
- 2 glasses of milk,
- 75 g margarine or butter
Preparation of Semolina Halva with Milk
- First, put the milk on the stove and let it boil.
- Drop the oil and semolina into the pan. Cook, stirring constantly, until the smell spreads throughout the house.
- After it turns color, add the hazelnuts, mix a little. Then add the sugar.
- After adding the sugar, boil the milk, pour it over the halvah, turn off the stove and let it brew.
1 serving of halva with milk is equivalent to approximately 262 calories. You can serve it with ice cream on the side. Bon Appetit!
