Bakirkoy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital is located Bakirkoy distrcit of Istanbul. In 1969, the hospital was ready for service. It was opened as a 100-bed Tropical Diseases Hospital in 1970. The 150-bed hospital, which was converted into a general purpose State Hospital on September 30, 1985, served in this status until 2000. Our hospital has been working with Prof. Dr. Erşan AYGÜN’s founding chief physician also undertook the Training and Research mission. It was named as Bakirkoy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital. Within the scope of Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital, 400 bedded patients are served. Bakirkoy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital 110 thousand square meters, Bakirkoy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital has a construction of 50 thousand square meters.
