Bagcilar Training and Research Hospital

Bagcilar Training and Research Hospital was founded in 2002, and patient admission started in 2006. It has 62.200m2 and consists of 12 blocks and was built in accordance with the earthquake regulations. It appeals to a population of approximately 2,000,000 at the intersection of Bagcilar, Esenler and Güngören districts. The hospital has a capacity of 438 beds, and  an average of 5,000 patients per day and 2,000,000 patients per year are examined. Bagcilar Trainig and Research Hospital, which has a staff of 1600, also serves in more than 100 polyclinics and has many features that are not even found in private hospitals in terms of technological possibilities. There are special facilities such as private beds for 1 and 2 persons, central heating system, 24-hour hot water and ventilation in 213 patient rooms in the hospital. With its visitor rooms reserved for patients’ relatives and visitors, children’s playgrounds, indoor and outdoor parking, 300-person conference hall, it serves as a complete complex where all kinds of needs are met from a single point. With 36 intensive care beds, it is one of the rare hospitals in Istanbul with 112 air ambulance services used for patient transport, as well as being the hospital with the most intensive care beds in Istanbul. In the hospital, Any Procedure can be done completely digitally, without paper and film. Examinations are performed on a daily basis. In this way, the procedures of the patients are performed as soon as possible.
