Saying that she started receiving therapy during Las Vegas shows because she was afraid of performing live, Adele admitted that she received therapy five times a day while she was divorcing her ex husband.
Adele revealed that she received five times a day therapy during the 2019 divorce phase of her son’s father, Simon Konecki. The world-famous British singer, who is currently continuing her concert series in Las Vegas, made this confession during the concert.
Posting a snippet of the concert on Twitter, Adele said, “I started getting therapy again because I hadn’t been in therapy for a few years. I had to start,” he said.

Adele revealed that she decided to return to therapy to hold herself accountable for what she would say.
“I’m doing this now because I want to be healthy every week to make sure I can give you everything,” Adele said.
The singer also revealed that performing at big events “scares her” and she talks to her therapist constantly about it.

“I love making music, but there is something about live performance that scares me and I am terrified,” said Adele. “That’s why I’m not a big touring artist. Lastly, I did this to prove I could do it. But the experience of being in a room this size makes me think I could be a live performer for the rest of my life.”
