Whatsapp Doesn’t Stop: No Screenshots Of Profile Photos With A New Feature!

WhatsApp is taking in-app security to the next level with an additional feature for profile photos. Here are the details!

WhatsApp, which continues to maintain its leading position among instant messaging applications, is on the agenda with its recent new features and updates. WaBetaInfo stated that a new feature announced by X is in the testing phase.

With the new regulation regarding profile photos, users will continue to use the application in a safer and more comfortable way. In WhatsApp, screenshots of the profile photo can be easily taken by the people currently spoken to. All these balances will change with the next feature.

The new feature WhatsApp is currently testing focuses on protecting profile photos. Now, those who try to take a screenshot of the other party’s profile photo will be greeted with the warning “Cannot take screenshots due to application restrictions”.

The feature, which will be available to all users in the near future, was announced by WaBetaInfo. In the new design, there will be a larger preview for shared statuses. This will make it easier and clearer to see shared content before it is opened.

WhatsApp is working on a number of other innovations besides taking a screenshot of your profile photo. With the favorites section coming to both mobile and web versions, the contacts you add to this area will be listed separately and only the chat windows with them will be available.
