By investing in the scope and amount determined by the President, those who receive a residence permit in accordance with paragraph (j) of the first paragraph of Article 31.

 

Turquoise Card holders, with the condition of not having an attitude which inhibits national security and public order,
Turkey citizenship can be acquired with the decision of the President.

Yes, total amount of one or more than one title deeds should be 250 thousand dollars or more. Requests involving real estates within the field of authority more than one Title Deeds Offices are carried out by the title deeds office where the application is made within the scope of title deeds transactions outside the field of authority.

Making fixed capital investment in the amount of at least 500.000 US Dollars or correspond to foreign currency or equivalent amount of Turkish Lira.

Purchasing at least Turkish Citizenship by Investment 250.000 US Dollars or correspond to foreign currency or equivalent amount of Turkish Lira in accordance with immovable title deeds for three years.

Employing 50 personnel.

Depositing at least 500,000 US Dollars or correspond to foreign currency or equivalent amount of Turkish Lira to the banks operating in Turkey, with the conditions of keeping for at least 3 years.

Purchasing government debt instruments at least 500,000 US Dollars or correspond to foreign currency or equivalent amount of Turkish Lira, provided that keeping for three years.

Purchasing real estate investment fund participation share or venture capital investment fund participation amount at least 500,000 USD or equivalent foreign currency or equivalent Turkish Lira with the condition of keeping at least 3 years.

No, the sales price on the title deed cannot be less than the price on the assessment report. The value of the property or properties in US Dollars is calculated based on the effective selling rate of the Republic of Turkey Central Bank on the date of the transaction. (If it is not announced yet on the transaction date, the effective selling rate of the previous day is taken as basis.) For the properties for which acquisition process is completed, the price on the official deed and assessment report should be above the amounts determined in the Regulations.

In the same decision, “and/or cross exchange rate” is added after “effective selling rate”. As title deeds offices draw up official deeds based on Turkish Liras, the value of 250.000 US Dollars is determined based on the effective selling rate.

The Citizenship and Citizenship Directorate issued a citizenship file and sent to the NVİGM.

In case the archival research is positive, it is submitted to the Ministry Authority to be sent to the Presidency.

Its sent to Presidency to take the decision of President.

An archival research is done to determine whether there is any form of obstacle in terms of national security and public order.

This assessment report will be valid until the transaction is completed. For the real estate for which acquisition process is completed, assessment report drawn up according to the acquisition date is required.
