Turkish citizen Osman Kizilkaya, who was allegedly discharged from the hospital in Dresden, Germany, due to brain death, was brought to Ankara by ambulance plane at the instruction of President Erdogan. Osman Kizilkaya, who lives in Wiesbaden, Germany, fell ill at home and was transferred to a hospital in Dresden. Allegedly, Kizilkaya was discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment for a while without any results.
