Last week, a 14-year-old boy named Guo Jinjin in China was taken to the quarantine center in Ruzhou for contracting the coronavirus. However, when no one cared for the little girl here, Guo Jinjin’s health deteriorated. Authorities at the quarantine center did not intervene as Guo Jinjin began to tremble and had a seizure.
