Protest at Eiffel Tower: “Stop Executions in Iran”

In response to the ongoing executions in Iran, the slogans “Stop the executions in Iran” were reflected on the world-famous Eiffel Tower in France.

While the number of people sentenced to death on the grounds of participating in the Mahsa Amini protests in Iran increased day by day, the Paris Municipality gave support to the Iranian demonstrators and the Iranian government reacted.

Slogan “Stop the Executions”

The slogans of “Stop the executions in Iran” were reflected by the Paris Municipality on the world-famous Eiffel Tower in Paris, the capital of France.

In a statement made by the Municipality of Paris, it was stated that the slogans in question were projected on the Eiffel Tower to commemorate those who bravely fought for their freedom and support the opposition while the Iranian government continued to execute the protesters.

It Will Last For 2 Days

It is stated that the slogans will start to be reflected from 18.30 local time and will last for 2 days.

Iranian opponents gathered in Trocadero Square opposite the Eiffel Tower and continued their anti-government protests.

Executions in Iran

The Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, gave Masha Amini an honorary citizenship of the city of Paris in October last year.

On the other hand, 22 people have been sentenced to death due to the Masha Amini protests in Iran, while 4 people have been executed.
