Dalai Lama Apologizes for Kissing Little Boy on the Lip and Saying Scandalous Words: I Was Joking

Tibet’s spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, apologized after kissing the child who wanted to hug him on the lips and saying “suck my tongue” at an organization he attended in India. The Dalai Lama then placed his forehead on the boy’s forehead and said, “Suck my tongue.”
