According to the new application, people who have completed the vaccination calendar have had the Covid-19 disease and who have been vaccinated with one dose of the vaccines provided by the Ministry of Health can join the football games in stadiums. Foreigners who complete the vaccination schedule determined by the Ministry of Health, for 180 days from the 14th day following the last vaccination date; people who have had Covid-19 can enter the stadiums for 180 days from the completion of the isolation processes. In addition, people between the ages of 12-18 can enter the stadiums with a negative PCR test taken within the last 48 hours. How Can Foreigners Get Passolig?
In order to be a Passolig owner, you can apply through the Passolig mobile application or www.passolig.com.tr. During the application, you must enter your nationality, passport number and all other details completely and correctly into the system. After the application stage and payment are completed, foreigners can receive their cards at the stadium entrance. In addition, the Passolig card is valid not only at stadium entrances, but also in many different areas such as shopping and public transportation.

Hi. Me and my friends are visiting Istanbul in April and want to attend a couple of games. I’ve applied for a Passolig card and have already paid for it. My card acan be picked up at the Fenerbahce stadium. Can I buy tickets online with my Passolig card even though I don’t physically have it? Because if not, tourist can’t attend games. I can’t pick up the card until April when we arrive and by that time the tickets will be sold out. So how does it work – can anyone help me?

I hace taken a Galatasarqy passolig cárd for error by mistake, because I didn’t knor that it was only for taken tickets of the club you’ve choosen. Is there a way to cancel that Card and do a new one? Or to get tickets for a Besiktas match with that GS passolig card?

Yes, I’m in the same situation. I went through a lot of trouble to get the Passolig card and got an email saying my ticket would be waiting for me at a Dec 12 game in Istanbul. Then a couple of days ago I got another email saying unless I could get my Canadian vaccination document certified by the Turkish government I wouldn’t get a ticket. The viagogo people say you just have to go on the national health website to do it. But that’s for people who are already part of the national health system and were vaccinated in Turkey.
