I’d have paid that much to *avoid* being circumcised. Why would I want the most sensitive and pleasurable parts cut off? That little bit of skin makes a big difference (it’s not just there to protect the glans).
I dont know how much money that is Australian. however I am sure that the child was both rape and sexual asault can’t be made right by putting any amount if money in the hands of the victim.
