18 People Died in Pakistan Due To Mysterious Disease
In the Pakistani city of Karachi, 18 people, including at least 10 children, died in the last 2 weeks due to a mysterious disease that caused respiratory failure.
According to national media reports, at least 18 people, 10 of whom were children, died from a mysterious disease that caused respiratory failure in Karachi’s Kimari district on January 10-25.
TOXIC GAS ALLEGED
Authorities reported that oil, fat and crude iron factories were operating in the region. The respiratory failure seen in the patients is thought to be caused by the “toxic gases” coming out of these factories.
4 PEOPLE ARRESTED
As part of the investigation, 3 factories were closed and 4 people were detained. The gas and other chemicals in question are being investigated.
