X Turkey Account Reactivated: First Post After Years!
With the opening of X’s representative office in Turkey, X Turkey official Twitter account was also reactivated. Here are the details!
X Turkey account, which has been inactive for a long time and last shared in the past years, started sharing again today.
Following calls for X to open a representative office in Turkey, which first came to the agenda in the Turkish Grand National Assembly, X finally opened its representative office in Turkey in the past days.
It was said that if the representative office was not opened, the advertising ban on X would continue and the next step would be a band narrowing. With the opening of the representative office, all these problems have been overcome and now the X Turkey account has officially started to be used again.
First Shares Started to Be Made
The first post from the official X Turkey account reads “Hello Turkey! Long time no see! Stay tuned for exciting updates and features”.
Soon after, the account started to post a series of posts. For example, in one of them, it was announced that X has 21.7 million active users in Turkey. No official data on this subject had ever been shared until now.
It is unclear what kind of posts will be made from the X Turkey account in the future, but we will now be able to learn about the developments regarding X from the first person in Turkish.
