One of the latest updates to WhatsApp’s beta is the “picture-in-picture mode”, especially for videos.
While checking WhatsApp 24.6.77 for iOS, WABetaInfo learned that the “picture-in-picture mode” feature allows you to watch videos.
The new beta version of WhatsApp makes it possible to use the picture-in-picture feature even when watching videos shared directly within the app. At the moment, however, users are only allowed to take advantage of the picture-in-picture mode when watching YouTube and Instagram videos.
According to the report, the “picture-in-picture feature” is limited to watching videos in the app, so the mode cannot be used when switching to another app.
