What is GÖÇNET (Immigration Registration System) for Foreigners?

It is aimed to take more accurate and faster decisions regarding the transactions of foreigners with the GöçNet system, which is implemented by the Immigration Administration and enables many transactions of foreigners in Turkey to be gathered under one roof, such as residence permit, visa, international protection. With the GöçNet system, which started to serve in 2015, especially following the residence permit durations, tracking the transitions that can be made between the types of residence permits, tracking the permit periods of foreigners working in Turkey with a valid work permit and the companies they work with, tracking the visa periods and validity status, entry ban and deportation. Significant improvements have been made in the follow-up and decision-making mechanisms in many areas such as the follow-up of international protection and temporary protection processes. In addition, GöçNet system is integrated with nearly 20 public institutions and organizations.
