(VIDEO) 800-Year-Old Mummy Found in Box Next to Courier in Peru: She’s My Spiritual Girlfriend

Peruvian police were in for a surprise when they sought out a courier who had caught their attention because he was drunk at an archaeological dig site in Puno. A mummy was found in the cooler box next to the courier. The courier said the mummy, estimated to be 800 years old, was his “spiritual girlfriend.”

Peruvian police found the mummy in the bag of a courier, whose actions they suspected. The courier said he saw the bandaged mummy as “a kind of spiritual girlfriend.” She stated that she carried the box with her to show off to her friends.

HE SAID IT BELONGS TO HIS FATHER

The courier stated that he kept the mummy, which he named “Juanita”, in a box next to his television. The unnamed courier also stated that the original owner of the mummy was his father, but did not say where his father found the mummy.

IT IS ESTIMATED TO BE 800 YEARS OLD

Experts stated that the mummy, which was stated to be between 600 and 800 years old, belonged to an adult man, not a woman as the courier thought.
