Ukraine: Russian Forces Launched Drone And Missile Strikes On Kiev
It was stated that Russian forces launched missile and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) attacks against the Ukrainian capital Kiev, and according to preliminary information, most of them were destroyed in the air.
In a written statement made by the Kiev City Military Administration, it was reported that the Russian army carried out air strikes against Kiev for the 8th time in May.
“According to preliminary information, the vast majority of enemy targets in the Kiev airspace were detected and destroyed. Data on the number and type of missiles will soon be reported by the Air Force.”
Missiles And Drone Fragments Hit Some Neighborhoods Of Kiev, 3 People Injured
Making a statement on his Telegram account, Kiev Mayor Vitaly Klychko reported that explosions occurred as a result of the attacks organized by Russian forces on the city.
Stating that missiles and drone fragments hit Solomyansk, Shevchenkivsky, Darnytskyi and Obolonskyi districts, Kliçko noted that according to preliminary information, 3 people were injured in Solomyansk and 2 civilian vehicles burned in Darnytskyi.
Air raid alarms are still sounding in various parts of Ukraine.
