It is the tallest building in Izmir. It is the highest skyscraper in Turkey outside of the skyscrapers in Istanbul. Together with the Mistral Office Tower, the Mistral Residence Tower is a part of the “Mistral Izmir” complex.
The construction, which was planned for the first time in 2010, started in 2014 during the “skyscraper boom” in Izmir and was completed in 2017.
