TikTok Increases Artificial Intelligence Dominance: Introduces New Feature on Search Page!

TikTok is testing a new artificial intelligence feature on its search page. How does the feature, which is said to be supported by ChatGPT, look like? Here are the details!

TikTok, like many of its competitors, prioritizes providing users with better experiences by following developments in the field of artificial intelligence and integrating them into the platform. According to new information, a new feature in this sense is currently being tested.

TikTok’s Searches section is the second most preferred place for users after Google Searches. At this point, the platform, which stands out from its competitors, will focus on providing more advanced and improved results by including artificial intelligence in the search section.

TikTok to Use Artificial Intelligence in Search Results

TikTok, which is also testing AI on the search results page, including the use of generative AI, will list the results with the tag “Top of the search”. When anything is searched on TikTok, the AI results section will appear at the top of the page.

Clicking here will switch to a new page. The Verge shows the AI results with the searches made in the screenshot it shared. On the result page, it is stated that TikTok receives support from ChatGPT for artificial intelligence and support from the user algorithm.

The feature, which is known to be in the testing phase at the moment, is not displayed on all users and it is also seen that artificial intelligence results are not given in every search. TikTok has not yet made an official statement about the feature.
