Tekken 8 release date announced: New single-player mode is coming

At the Gamescom 2023 event, a new promotional video showing the single-player mode of Tekken 8, one of the highly anticipated fighting games, was shared. Tekken 8 release date has also been clarified.

Bandai Namco announced at Gamescom 2023 that Tekken 8 will launch on January 26, 2024. Tekken 8 will be released for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

At the event where many games were announced, the exciting video of Tekken 8 was also shared. The single-player mode of the game, which aims to take you back to the arcade era, where we can create our character with different costumes and play with friends or against artificial intelligence, was shown. It was shown that in addition to the new single player mode, 32 unique fighters will take place.

Tekken 8 was announced in 2022 at the PlayStation State of Play event. Tekken 8 marks the return of Jin’s mother, Jun Kazama, who we believed to be dead but later turned out to be missing.
