Buruk, who previously worked at Elazığspor, Gaziantepspor, Sivasspor, Göztepe, Akhisar Belediyespor, Çaykur Rizespor and Medipol Başakşehir in his coaching career, reached the championship with Medipol Başakşehir in the 2019-2020 season.
