Netflix and developer Tender Claws are working on a Stranger Things VR game that will hit major VR platforms as announced on Stranger Things Day 2022. We have seen other games of Netflix’s popular series, but they did not arouse the expected interest. The new game developed can be a good alternative in the field of VR.
We will play the character of Vecna
In the announcement, it is announced that we will play the character of Vecna, which we saw in the 4th Season of the series, in the Stranger Things VR game. Although not many details are given, it seems that creating the hive mind and making discoveries while taming the void will be among the mechanics of the game. On the other hand, it is underlined that we will try to take revenge on Eleven and Hawkins with the character of Vecna.
Developer studio Tender Claws has previously revealed virtual reality productions of Virtual Reality 1 and 2, as well as the mobile AR virtual pet game Tendar and The Under Presents and Tempest, which is about narrative theatrical adventures.
