Play your PS5 games remotely!

Sony’s new portable console model PlayStation Portal was introduced. PlayStation Portal, which will be available at the end of the year, allows you to play PlayStation games wherever you want. Working connected to a PlayStation 5, Portal allows you to play your PS5 games remotely. After connecting your Portal to PlayStation 5 via Wi-Fi, the games installed on your console are transferred to the Portal’s screen. It is worth mentioning that cloud streaming service is not supported here. With only Wi-Fi and PlayStation Link support, Portal allows you to enjoy the games after the PS5 connection is completed.

PlayStation Portal, which carries an 8-inch LCD screen on it, offers a 60Hz refresh rate on this screen. Having the same control layout as DualSense, Portal has a USB C port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Portal, which also carries a built-in speaker, works with a certain internet speed. This is determined by Sony as a minimum of 5 Mbps. However, 15 Mb/s is recommended for a smooth experience.

The price of PlayStation Portal!

Thanks to all these features, Portal, which allows you to play your games comfortably as if you were playing on a phone, will be released at the end of the year. The price will be $200, according to Sony’s statement. In other words, Sony PlayStation Portal will enter our country for 5400 TL. Of course, it is certain that the price will exceed 6000 TL within the scope of taxes.

This breakthrough of Sony is really enough to please the players. Considering that a generation plays games on the phone, it is certain that PlayStation Portal will attract the attention of these users. However, it might be better if you don’t need a PlayStation 5 to use Portal.
