Sharing and reading restrictions on Twitter

Social media platform Twitter is going to restrict members to read tweets and share messages. According to the information made by the owner of the company, Elon Musk, there will be a restriction on the number of messages that people can read and share daily. Paid members will be able to read and share more messages.

Verified and paying account holders will be able to read 6,000 tweet messages and share 600 messages per day. On the other hand, paid members or non-confirmed members will only be able to access 600 tweets in 24 hours and only write and share 300 messages.

According to Musk’s own Twitter account, the number of tweets that approved or paid accounts can read will soon increase to 8 thousand, and the number of tweets that free accounts can read to 800.

Musk did not reveal a clear date for when the application in question will start and when it will be expanded.

A while ago, Musk announced that people must have a Twitter account in order to see the tweets, and he considered this as a temporary emergency measure.

Musk stated that many institutions use Twitter data very aggressively as a reason for these decisions, and this affects users.

The Twitter company has been taking some steps for a while to regain the advertisers it lost after Elon Musk bought the company.
