The principal of a public school in Dungarpur district of Rajasthan, India, was arrested for sexually abusing a 6-year-old girl after watching a sexually explicit film.
The principal, identified as Ramesh Chandra Katara, was detained after the guardian of another girl filed a complaint with the Dungarpur police station.
CONFUSED TO BE DEPENDENT IN INQUIRY
During his interrogation as Ramesh Chandra Katara, the accused made shocking statements to the police. The perverted principal claimed to the police that he was addicted to sexually explicit movies and sexually harassed the girl after watching the movie.
OTHER STUDENTS HAVE ALSO BEEN HARASSED
In the minutes of the complaint, another student stated that he was called by the principal during the holidays on the pretext of a school-related issue. Allegedly, the manager sexually harassed the young girl. Likewise, other girls were called to the principal’s office under various pretexts, such as computer classes, and were subjected to similar sexual abuse.
THEY WILL BE FOLLOWING THE PROCESS
The Rajasthan Ministry of Education described the incident as embarrassing and announced that they would closely monitor the prosecution of the principal.
