The unnamed passenger put his cat in the suitcase and placed it on the X-Ray machine. Norfolk International Airport security personnel were stunned when a cat appeared on their X-ray scanner.
The images recorded at Norfolk International Airport in Virginia, USA, created the agenda in the country’s press. Lisa Farbstein, a spokesperson for the Transportation Security Administration, who shared the X-Ray image of a passenger’s hand luggage on her Twitter account, warned the passengers.
“DO NOT THROW THROUGH THE X-RAY”
“Attention pet owners: Please do not X-ray your pet,” said Lisa Farbstein, spokesperson for the Transportation Security Administration. “We recommend taking them out of their carrying cases and running them through the metal detector with a leash. In the case of a cat, we strongly recommend that the traveler request a screening in a special screening room if the collar is not available.” said.
