After Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine, Turkey’s embassy in Kiev, which has made great efforts to evacuate the citizens of the country, is planned to be evacuated.
According to the information obtained by the Turkish media SABAH from diplomatic sources, there is talk of moving the Turkish embassy to Lviv in case of clashes in the city under heavy bombardment in Kiev.
CONFLICT DOSE INCREASES
It is considered that this decision was taken due to the fact that Russian troops approached the capital Kiev very close and the dose of residential conflicts increased.
Journalist Ceyhun Aşirov also shared information confirming SABAH’s news in his social media post.
Aşirov said, “Russia is preparing for a big attack. The Turkish Embassy in Kiev and journalists are being evacuated.”
