In a statement made by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was stated that Lavrov will visit Turkey at the invitation of Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu to discuss various issues on the bilateral and international agenda.


Emphasizing that despite the worsening of the international situation, the political dialogue between Russia and Turkey continues at the level of the leaders, it was stated that regular and trust-based communication between Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is provided over the phone.
