Russian President Putin stated that they can “establish a gas center in Turkey very quickly”.
Two weeks ago, during his meeting with President Erdogan in Kazakhstan’s capital Astana, “Turkey has become the safest route for gas supply. It has become a much safer route than Europe. We can establish a large supply center in Turkey.” Repeating this idea, Putin said, “We can establish a gas center in Turkey very quickly.”
Stating that many people in Europe will sign contracts for supply through Turkey, Putin said, “A natural gas center can be established easily and quickly in Turkey.”
Expressing that the attack they carried out on the Ukrainian infrastructure today was part of the retaliation for the attack in Sevastopol, Russian President Putin said, “This is not all we can do.”
Speaking about the grain agreement, Putin said, “Russia does not terminate its participation in the agreement to export Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea ports, on the contrary, it suspends it.”
