New hike in High Speed Train tickets
High Speed Train (HSR) tickets were increased. Istanbul–Ankara YHT ticket increased by 33 percent to 430 liras.
After a 15 percent increase at the beginning of the year, the State Railways of the Republic of Turkey (TCDD) raised the price of YHT tickets by 30 percent in July, and another increase of up to 65 percent has been announced.
HERE ARE THE NEW PRICES
Istanbul-Ankara ticket increased by 33 percent to 430 liras and Ankara-Konya ticket increased by 37 percent to 200 liras.
Ankara-Eskişehir ticket was increased by 65 percent, Ankara-Sivas ticket by 50 percent and İzmit-Konya ticket by 58 percent.
