Ministry of Commerce Announced: E-Mobilization for Earthquake Was Launched

The Ministry of Commerce launched an Earthquake Aid Mobilization (e-mobilization) with the participation of sellers in electronic commerce marketplaces and cargo-logistics operators.

Under the auspices of the Ministry of Commerce, the Earthquake Aid Mobilization (e-mobilization) was launched with the participation of electronic commerce marketplaces, dealers on this platform, cargo and logistics operators, in order to help the citizens who were harmed by the earthquake disaster. .

The written statement from the Ministry of Commerce on the subject is as follows:

“Earthquake Aid Mobilization (e-Mobilization) in e-commerce was started under the auspices of our Ministry in order to support our citizens who were harmed by the earthquake disaster that took place in our country and whose epicenter was Kahramanmaraş.

Electronic commerce marketplaces operating in our country, sellers operating on these platforms, and cargo and logistics operators will participate in the e-Mobilization, which will be held on a voluntary basis.

In the e-Mobilization, where priority products will be exclusively sold in the event of an earthquake, electronic commerce marketplaces will not receive any commission from the sellers, and the sellers will offer their products for sale at a discounted price. In this way, the products purchased by our citizens at affordable prices will be delivered quickly to those in need, thus contributing to the healing of wounds.

The products purchased by our citizens will be delivered to the delivery points to be determined by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies and AFAD by the relevant platforms and cargo and logistics operators under the coordination of our Ministry.
