Minecraft Releases Universal Studios DLC With Launch Trailer

Minecraft, Universal Studios Experience DLC has been released with the launch trailer. Here are all the details about the update that excites players!

Minecraft today officially released the launch trailer for the Universal Studios Experience DLC and some of the in-game attractions. The upcoming DLC will include beloved favorites like Shrek, Dracula, King Kong and ET the Extra-Terrestrial.

The trailer features some of the major franchises from Back to the Future to Jurassic World. Players who follow and love Minecraft will be able to explore a virtual world inspired by Universal Studios theme parks.

Minecraft New DLC More Comprehensive

Minecraft’s Universal Studios Experience DLC will be more comprehensive than previous DLC expansions. With this DLC, fans will be able to recreate popular Universal Studios rides themselves.

Opening the door for similar DLCs featuring other popular theme parks, the game’s developers said last month that no new content would be released. But even though it was released years ago, Minecraft continues to evolve and attract players every day.

A note in the trailer description for the Minecraft Universal Studios DLC reads:

“Explore an all-new virtual world inspired by Universal Studios theme parks around the world, only here in Minecraft! You’ll begin your adventure at the gates of Universal Studios, where you’ll be greeted by Woody Woodpecker and asked for help repairing the letters on the Universal Studios globe. As you make your way forward, you’ll experience rides, shops, mini-games, and encounter some of your favorite characters like Shrek, Dracula, King Kong, and ET the Extra-Terrestrial!”
