Photos shortlisted in the 4 Seasons of Anatolia Photography Contest, implemented by Meta Turkey, the umbrella organization of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, in cooperation with FOTON (Photo Organizations Association) and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality subsidiary company Kultur AS, April 2-22 meets with its visitors at Meta Turkey’s first VR exhibition.
In the VR exhibition located in the Climate Museum in the Museum Gazhane, visitors can visit the Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter themed virtual areas with VR glasses. The photographs in the exhibition will also be open to visitors free of charge at the Karaköy, Kadıköy and Mecidiyekoy branches of the Istanbul Bookstore. As a result of this year’s theme, “Environmental Pollution and Reflections of Climate Change in Anatolia”, the winning photos were entitled to be the cover photo of the Facebook Turkey page, which has more than 3 million followers.
