Making statements at the Digital Turkey and Reduction of Bureaucracy Coordination meeting, Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz informed the press about the features expected for the e-devlet service. Announcing the new features added and planned to be added to the platform, Yılmaz said that the lease contract service will be launched within the next 4 months.
Thanks to the new feature announced by the Vice President, tenants and landlords will be able to create a lease contract via e-devlet and keep their contracts digitally recorded. In case of any dispute between the parties, the lease contract in e-Government will be examined.
New Features Not Limited to Lease Contract
According to the statements of Vice President Yılmaz, another new feature to be added to e-devlet will be insurance policies. Citizens will be able to easily access the policies of the insurances they use through e-devlet and carry out transactions on the policies. This feature is planned to be implemented in the short term. In addition, another innovation will be the offline working feature.
Making statements about this feature, Mr. Yılmaz said. Yılmaz said, “Now, our citizens will have the opportunity to use your data in public services offline without connecting to the internet with an application on your mobile phone. They will have the opportunity to benefit from public services with the data they transfer to their digital wallets in the environment where there is no internet.”
