Kobe Bryant’s wife, VanessaBryant, filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles Police Department over photos published in the accident where her 13-year-old daughter Gianna and basketball legend husband Kobe Bryant died. Bartender Victor Gutierrez, one of the witnesses during the trial, said police officer Joey Cruz showed him pictures of burned body parts two days after the fatal helicopter crash.
