iOS 17 Feature Coming to Apple Watches

A user who installed the beta revealed that a feature that will come to iPhones with iOS 17 is coming to Apple Watch.

The latest watchOS 10 beta released for developers shows that the NameDrop feature introduced with iOS 17 will also be used on Apple Watches.

NameDrop will also be used between Apple Watches

NameDrop is the new AirDrop feature that Apple demonstrated at the iOS 17 launch, then rolled out with the first beta.

NameDrop is a new feature that lets you easily share your contact information with the person by bringing your iPhone closer to your iPhone instead of sending a message when you want to save someone’s phone number. When the devices are brought closer, the contact sharing screen appears automatically, and when you tap the pop-up screen, only receive or share option is offered. Sharing takes place with an impressive animation.

It is seen that NameDrop will also be used between watches in the latest watchOS 10 beta version codes. However, both devices must have received the watchOS 10 and iOS 17 update.
