Hungarian Citizens will be able to come to Turkey without a visa! The official decision was made and published in the official gazette.
With the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette, Hungarian citizens were granted visa exemption for touristic trips and transit passes to Turkey.
According to the decision published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Hungarian citizens holding an identity card will be granted visa exemption for touristic travel and transit passes with a maximum residence period of 90 days within 180 days. It was reported that the said decision was made in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection No. 6458.

In the decision published in the Official Gazette, the following statements were included: “According to Article 18 of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection No. 6458, the maximum visa exemption will be provided to Hungarian identity card holders during their touristic travel and transit passes. It is decided in accordance with the 90-day residence permit article every 180 days. .
