- 4 Steps Turkish Citizenship

- Establishing a company with a capital of 500.000 USD
- Investing in state investment funds or state banks in Turkey with worth of 500.000 USD
- Employing 50 Turkish citizens in the company.
If a foreigner meet one of the mentioned conditions above, will have a right to apply for Turkish citizenship with their families. On the other hand, older children at the age of 18 will have permanent residence in Turkey. The only requirement is to keep your investment for 3 years. 1- Finding the Best Property & Real Estate Appraisal Report

2- Complete Your Property Investment
In order to complete your real estate investment, you need to complete your deed transactions. Also, do not forget that a 3-year unsold annotation will be placed on the real estate you will purchase. The Certificate of Conformity for your real estate is issued within an average of 1 week after the completion of the purchase. In order to acquire citizenship by purchasing real estate, the transaction documents are sent to the Department of Foreign Affairs of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre by the Land Registry Directorate. The Department of Foreign Affairs is the competent authority to issue a Certificate of Conformity. Afterwards, the Certificate of Conformity is sent to the General Directorate of Immigration Management and the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs with a cover letter. The applicant is informed via e-mail.
3- Citizenship Application
After the real estate purchase process is completed, it is necessary to apply to the Population Directorate for exceptional citizenship. After the Certificate of Conformity is received, a residence permit application must be made to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management. Afterwards, citizenship application must be made to the Provincial Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs.
At the application stage, you should make sure that you have prepared the following documents completely:
- Title Deed Document for the Real Estate
- ID Card / Passport (with translation when necessary),
- Real Estate Appraisal Report,
- Compulsory Earthquake Insurance policy,
- 1 photo of the buyer and 2 photos of the seller taken in the last 6 months,
- Real Estate Value Statement
- Tax number,
- Bank-approved remittance receipts
- Sworn translator for non-Turkish speakers
- If there is a representation, the document or power of attorney
4- And Happy Ending…
After an evaluation period of 1 to 3 months, your citizenship will be granted if there is no problem. Then, the new Republic of Turkey Identity Card will be sent to you and your population registration process will be complete.
