ChatGPT, the OpenAI team’s most successful project to date, is already on the radar of major companies. After Microsoft integrated ChatGPT into Bing, team collaboration app Slack also pushed the button for ChatGPT integration.
ChatGPT integration was implemented for the application, which is actively used by millions of people. The chatbot, which is the customized version of ChatGPT named EinsteinGPT, which emerged from Slack’s partnership with Salesforce, will serve in many areas from email drafts to customer account information.

The new tool, called EinsteinGPT, will not only be integrated into Slack. Salesforce also wants to open EinsteinGPT to potential customers.
EinsteinGPT-Slack integration includes essential services such as email drafting, automated personalized responses, information based on the most up-to-date data, code generation and customer information editing.
