First Picture of Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn in Joker 2

The first visual of Lady Gaga’s character Harley Quinn, who will appear in Joker: Folie à Deux, has been released. The Joker, played by Joaquin Phoenix, also appears in the published image.

We will have to wait a little longer for Joker: Folie à Deux (Joker: Madness for Two), the sequel to the much-loved Joker movie released in 2019, but the first visual has been released for the Harley Quinn character we will see in the movie.

Joker: Folie à Deux director Todd Phillips shared the first image of Lady Gaga and Harley Quinn, who will star in the sequel on Valentine’s Day, on his Instagram account and said “Happy Valentine’s Day”.

Lady Gaga appeared as Harley Quinn

In Joker: Folie à Deux, we will watch a version of Harley Quinn, who was previously a psychiatrist but later entered the world of crime after falling in love with the Joker she treated. Like the first movie, this movie will have nothing to do with the current DC cinematic universe or the Margot Robbie Quinn we saw in Suicide Squad.

On the other hand, it is not known what subject the film will cover, but it is said that the film will be in the musical genre. In this context, since it has been confirmed that Lady Gaga will be in the movie, we can say that this prediction has been strengthened. However, the sequel to 2019’s Joker movie was not considered at first, but the commercial success and positive reviews accelerated the process very quickly.

Warner Bros. The Joker: Folie à Deux movie (Joker: Madness for Two) will be released on October 9, 2024. Therefore, the second movie will come to the big screen five years after the first movie.
