Recently, world-famous pop star Dua Lipa denied the allegations that she would take the stage at the World Cup events to be held in Qatar.
The 27-year-old singer said in a post on her Instagram account that she can only go to Qatar if human rights conditions improve.
‘WHEN HUMAN RIGHTS FIT THE WORDS…’
“I’m not going to have a performance like this, and I’ve never sat there to perform,” Lipa said in a statement. “I will support the UK from afar,” said Lipa. I’m excited to go to Qatar when it fulfills its human rights promises and wins the right to host the World Cup.”
